Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rl999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances including any cash balance, and may result in further legal action where applicable under applicable law:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rl999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. rl999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their rl999 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments to These Terms
How and when rl999 may update these Terms & Conditions
rl999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights or obligations — rl999 will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered players before the amended Terms take effect, either via a notice on the platform or by email to the registered account address. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or changes required by law) may take effect immediately upon publication.
