About rl999 — Bangladesh's Trusted Online Gaming Destination
Built for Bangladeshi players — secure, local payments, world-class games and a platform that puts players first.
Who We Are
The story behind Bangladesh's home for online gaming
rl999 was built with one clear purpose: to give Bangladeshi players a genuinely trustworthy, fast and enjoyable online gaming experience that fits the way people live and pay in Bangladesh. From the beginning, the platform was designed around mobile-first access, local payment methods including bKash, Nagad and Rocket, and a game library broad enough to cover everything from BPL cricket betting to live Baccarat to Pragmatic Play slots — all in one place, without needing to juggle multiple accounts or apps.
The team behind rl999 understands the Bangladesh market closely. Cricket is not just a game here — it is a national passion shared across every district from Dhaka to Chittagong, Sylhet to Rajshahi, Khulna to Barisal. rl999 was built to honour that passion by offering deep cricket betting markets during BPL season, T20 World Cup, IPL and Bangladesh Tigers internationals, alongside a full live casino lobby powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, a crash games section featuring Spribe titles, and one of the widest slot selections available to Bangladesh players via Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Microgaming.
Security and transparency sit at the foundation of everything rl999 does. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Game outcomes on RNG titles use independently certified random number generator technology from the respective providers. Withdrawal requests are handled efficiently so players in Mymensingh, Rangpur, Cox's Bazar and every other city in Bangladesh receive their funds without unnecessary delays. rl999 is committed to responsible gaming and requires all players to be 21 years of age or older.
Our Mission and Core Values
The principles that guide every decision at rl999
rl999's mission is to be the platform that Bangladeshi players trust most — not through grand promises, but through consistent delivery of a secure environment, reliable payouts, honest bonus terms and a game experience that works well on a mid-range Android phone with a standard 4G connection just as well as it does on a high-end device. Every product decision, every payment integration and every customer support process is evaluated against one question: does this make things better for the player in Bangladesh?

Who We Built rl999 For
Understanding our players and their needs across Bangladesh
rl999 was built for Bangladeshi adults aged 21 and above who want a single reliable destination for online gaming — whether that means following the Bangladesh Tigers on the cricket betting markets, sitting down at a live Teen Patti table in the evening, spinning a Pragmatic Play slot during a commute in Dhaka traffic, or enjoying a Crazy Time session from Chittagong, Sylhet or anywhere else in Bangladesh with a mobile data connection. The platform is not aimed at a single demographic — it was built to serve players from every part of the country, from the urban centres of Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet to the smaller cities and towns of Rangpur, Barisal, Mymensingh, Khulna and Cox's Bazar.
rl999 takes the responsibility that comes with serving this audience seriously. The platform operates an age verification requirement — only players who are 21 years of age or older may hold a real-money account. Responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options are available to all registered players. The goal is a platform where players can enjoy their gaming without it becoming a source of financial or personal stress. Players in Bangladesh who feel their gambling habits are causing concern are encouraged to contact rl999 support or visit the Responsible Gaming section for guidance.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Player wellbeing is not an afterthought at rl999 — it is a founding principle
rl999 requires all players to be 21 years of age or older. Age verification is part of the registration process and the platform takes active steps to prevent underage access. Beyond age requirements, rl999 provides every registered player with access to responsible gaming tools: deposit limits that can be set per day, week or month; session time reminders; and a self-exclusion option that removes access to the platform for a chosen period. These tools are available at any time from the account settings page.
Gambling should be enjoyable entertainment — not a financial strategy or a way to manage stress. If you or someone you know in Bangladesh feels that gambling is no longer fun, is causing financial strain, or is becoming difficult to control, rl999 encourages reaching out to the support team directly. The Responsible Gaming section of the website contains further guidance on self-assessment tools and how to use the self-exclusion feature. rl999 is committed to being a platform where players can make informed choices and enjoy gaming within their own limits.
